The Campanilla community is under a homeowners association with monthly dues required.  The properties will feature 3 to 5 bedroom models ranging from 1,800 to 2,700 square feet in the Artisan Collection and larger square footage homes in the Villa Collection ranging from 2,600 to 3,100 square feet.  The neighborhoods is next to the San Juan Hills Estates community which offers wide open spaces and a nice pond area as pictured below.
