The association offers a nice community ocean view pool area, spa, sauna, dedicated barbecue picnic area and a secure gated entrance. Dues also include trash and water services with pets allowed in this building based on certain restrictions.  One of the great things about this complex is that it's located on the sand so walking to the Huntington Beach Pier and the famous dog park is a short walking distance.  The location is also close to the many retail stores and shopping that is located in the Downtown Huntington Beach area.  Below are some photos of the complex and beach location.
